Our wedding packages will allow your journey to be as seamless as possible with vendor contacts we know and trust, expert advice with your best interest at heart, all in an innovative way to plan the wedding of your dreams. Enjoy this stress-free and pleasant process leading to the most wonderful day of your life.

Design your wedding, your way with great pricing and a variety of incredible packages, we make it easy to create your dream wedding entirely unique to your budget.

Step One: Choose Your Wedding Venue. This is the best part. Set in the beautiful Window Cliff Valley, choose from our cozy outdoor patio-deck, a rustic barn complete with modern touches, and an outdoor, vintage pergola complete with live-edge slab benches.

Step Two: Customize Your Package. Our four wedding packages can be fully customized. When you tour, we will create a custom package that fits your vision and budget.

Step Three: Select a season and day of the week. We will present it to you so that you can make the right decision for your vision and budget. Thus, you can choose a date for savings or go all out for your special day.

Step Four: Each package can be paid in full, or a payment plan of three payments. If payment plan is chosen, full payment must be made at least one month before wedding. A non-refundable deposit is required on all packages.

Step Five: Event insurance must be purchased by at least one week before wedding. This can be purchased for a minimal price.

Wedding Packages

Classic Build Your Own

This package is a beautiful blank slate for a creative couple. You customize to your desire and budget based on our itemized accessory list. The package includes the Venue only, tables, chairs, and one paid staff member (tips are appreciated). It’s the canvas for you to paint your own special day. If this is your desire, then the Classic Build Your Own Package is for you. Includes The Venue In The Valley property for four hours. A two hour rehearsal can be added for $200. Our desire is to make this day your fabulous day. $1,200 base price.

$500 non-refundable deposit, $30 cleaning fee for any linens used, + see also our "Lodging" section for Airbnb-VRBO rentals on the property for your family.

Premier Package

This package includes all of the necessary essential, standard wedding components. It is excellent for couples seeking an amazing celebration at an affordable price. The Premier Package is a ceremony, access to the Venue, the outside wedding slabs, and covered pavilion-fire pit area. Tables-chairs, linens, banquet tables, farm table, bar cart, drink cart, drink barrel, ice maker, kitchen appliances, bluetooth speaker, setup and cleanup are included. A paid staff member will be available (tips are appreciated). Includes The Venue In The Valley property all day and a two hour rehearsal. Our desire is to make this day your fabulous day. $2, 000

Elite Package

This package is for the couple who wants it all at an affordable price, with access to all the essentials for your big day. With the Elite package you have the Venue In The Valley property all day, with a three hour rehearsal, too. It also includes the Venue, wedding slabs, and covered pavilion-fire pit, the ceremony, reception, bar carts, tables, banquet tables, farm table, chairs, plates, glasses, linens, silverware, chargers, warming dishes, flatware, serving pieces, signs, bluetooth speaker, and all other wedding accessories, set-up and cleanup. Also, includes a three hour rehearsal, a paid staff member during wedding (tips are appreciated), and our vendor recommendations, if needed. Everything we have is yours to use. Our desire is to make this day your fabulous day. $2,900
